Anne-Sophie Pic, Yannick Alléno, Olivier Bellin, Thierry Marx and Pierre Hermé ... All these great chefs and pastry chefs with 17 Michelin stars between them have settled in the Beaupassage, a vast urban project initiated by Emerige in the 7th arrondissement of Paris, which opened on 25 August.
Suffice to say that gastronomy takes centre stage in this elegant new space dedicated to pedestrians and taste, much like the Grand Hotel-Dieu in Lyon or the Promenade Sainte-Catherine in Bordeaux.
Other taste artisans in the line-up include, Nicole Barthélémy, barista Junichi Yamaguchi and butcher Alexandre Polmard.

L' Allénothèque has a 50 cover dining room with open kitchen views, with another 60 covers on the terrace and 10 at the chef's table.
