Here's your chance to meet the legendary chef Alain Ducasse at his miX restaurant in St Petersburg as he hosts an exclusive 5-course dinner to showcase the restaurants dishes.
The dinner begins with Cocktails followed by Canapés of lobster club, gold and black burger, borch, duck foie-gras rissole, winter barbajuan and gougere. These are then followed by an Aperitif of Champagne with Alain Ducasse.
The menu which will be prepared by executive Chef Stéphane Gortina, including a starter of chestnut and fennel broth followed by a seared meagre fillet, with caviar, a third dish of veal tenderloin, sautéed cep and chanterelle mushrooms, a cookpot of spiced quince and apple and bitter chocolate palet served with caramel ice-cream.
