Kawa Ni is the perfect date night for my wife and I. We often walk there from our house. We love the Kimchi Udon Noodles, Tuna Temaki, and the sake list.

Founded by Colorado icon Chef Kelly Whitaker and now with Brian Wilson at the helm, Cart-Driver is a must. The cheetah [char] on their pizza crust is insane. Do yourself a favor and get a salad and a conserva.

Hop Alley is an institution in Denver. It’s a go-to place to take out-of-town guests. Restaurants like Hop Alley have laid the groundwork for the Denver community to embrace what we do and push the envelope on Mexican food.

Pit Master Patrick and Chef Manny Barella do an amazing job. Their brisket is a must have. We threw our Michelin team celebration party there, and it was such a hit.

Odie B’s. Cliff and Kara are a husband and wife duo that have mastered every type of sandwich you can think of. My favorite is The Boujee with Bacon.

Reunion Bread for a daytime date. Ismael is the best baker in the city! His pastries are unreal, and his savory options are standouts. I don’t usually crave sweet pastries, but this place has converted me.
