Bon Appetit have released a shortlist for their Hot Ten round up - an annual list of the ten best new restaurants in America chosen by their restaurant editor Andrew Knowlton.
There’s 50 nominees on the list are made up from selections across America with a real mix of restaurants, from amazing burgers to seafood joints that double as coffee bars by day, Mexican bars to Thai temples - this is a great place to check where’s hot right now in your part of town.
Paul Qui, who won the Young Chef Of The Year award at the 2013 S.Pellegrino Cooking Cup, is on the list with his Qui restaurant in Austin, Texas.
The 50 will be whittled down to 10 on August 19th when Bon Appetit announce their list of the ten best new restaurants in America for 2014.
