Cod tartare with black sesame and shoots

An easy to make recipe with cod and sesame seeds, perfect for a light lunch. Enjoy it with toasted bread!

ingredients

Cod
350 g, fillet, finely diced
Shallots
1, finely chopped
Sesame Seeds
2 tbsp, plus1 tsp light-coloured
Olive oil
1 tsp
Lemons
1, unwaxed, zest and juice
to garnish
Bread
multi-grain, to serve

Preparation

Mix together the fish, shallot, sesame seeds, oil and 1/2 tsp of lemon zest.

Season to taste with lemon juice, sea salt and ground black pepper.

Press the cod mixture into a teacup and turn out onto a plate.

Garnish with the shoots and a wedge of lemon.

Serve with toast, for example.
