Polenta
200 g

Cream Cheese
100 g

When the first cold snap begins, what could be better than a creamy and satisfying polenta to accompany main courses with sauces and dips?

Creamy polenta is easy to prepare and with just a few steps you will get a perfect dish to add flavour and comfort to the coldest of days. Here is the recipe.

To prepare creamy polenta, first put the water in a saucepan.

Salt the water and bring it to a boil.

When the water begins to boil, pour in the polenta, stirring with a whisk or a wooden spoon.

Lower the heat and cook the polenta for about 25 minutes. When the polenta is ready, add the butter and mix.

Step 05

Now add the cream cheese and mix again. Serve with a sprinkling of pepper.

Tips

To make the creamy polenta more aromatic, add a sprig of rosemary to the water and remove before pouring in the flour.

This recipe is also perfect to prepare with instant polenta.
