Discover the gastronomic delights of périgord noir truffles at the dedicated annual truffle fair in Sarlat, in Dordogne, France, on 14 and 15 January.
Two days will be dedicated to truffle markets, digging demonstrations, tasting of 'croustons', culinary courses and cooking demonstrations around foie gras and truffles, tempting guests to try this local specialty.
