This is a video from the opening night of Next Vs elBulli - a concept pioneered by Grant Achatz at his Next restaurant in Chicago.
In an attempt to capture some of the spirit of Ferran Adria and elBulli after his famous restaurant closed the team at next create a stunning menu that borrowed inspiration from much of Ferran's recipes and techniques.
