Amber Locke is a UK based food photographer who is gaining lots of attention thanks to her colourful arrangements of fruits and vegetables.
Locke started a raw food diet around 18 months ago and around six months in decided to start snapping pics of ingredients selected for their colours and shapes.
Her work is similar to that of Julie Lee but Locke’s arrangements seem more thought out and planned, with great patterns created in the pieces.
Locke, who has over 70,000 followers on Instagram, told Mashable that all the food used in the pics is eaten, adding: “I love creating recipes for really colourful and hi-vibe dishes that show super-flavoursome and interesting ways of preparing fruits and vegetables.”
You can see a few of her pieces below and purchase your own Limited Edition prints online.
