A new documentary is currently being filmed behind the scenes of Rene Redzepi's Noma restaurant in Copenhagen.
Three times voted number one on the World's 50 Best Restaurants list Noma is a restaurant that has changed the way the world looks at Nordic cuisine and a restaurant that has spawned a whole web of young creative chefs, such a Matt Orlando, who have left the restaurant to start their very own ventures.
Called Noma, My Perfect Storm, the documentary is billed as a step inside the mind of Redzepi and follow all aspects of his life at the top of the culinary ladder.
It's being directed by Pierre Deschamps and is expected to premiere at the Berlin International Film Festival in February 2014. Deschamps has been working with the Noma team since April 2012 when he attended the World's 50 Best Awards with the crew - he talks on his blog about also being present the week the restaurant was hit by the Noravirus and more plans to spend time with Redzepi and his producers.
There's no trailer for the documentary available yet but there's a great selection of images available on the movie website.
