Join a unique summer epicurean extravaganza on 7 August, when four leading chefs join forces at the luxurious award-winning Boutique Hotel Alhambra on the beautiful island of Lošinj in Croatia to create an unforgettable evening of fine dining.

The extravaganza will begin with champagne and caviar at the Beach Club followed by the highlight of the evening - a sensational 8-Hands collaborative multi-course dinner, featuring an exquisite tasting menu paired with expert-selected wine from the region.

The exciting chef line-up includes Christian Kuchler (owner and chef of two-Michelin-starred Taverne zum Schafli, Switzerland), Stefan Heilemann (winner Chef of the Year Award Switzerland 2021 from two-Michelin-starred Widder Bar & Kitchen, Zurich), Sebastian Zier (chef of two-Michelin-starred Einstein Gourmet, St. Gallen) and Michael Gollenz (executive chef of Alfred Keller, Hotel Alhambra).

Guests will have the unique opportunity to sample a dish from each of the chefs during the multi-course dinner. See the chef line-up and choice of dishes below.

Following the dinner there will be a symphony of sweets, cordials, and a lively after-party at a private villa.
