Parsley: 76 g
Scallion ends: 77 g

How to make Cabbage Steak

Make the Green Goddess Dressing
- Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Prep the Cabbage
- Cut the napa cabbage into 1.5 inch steaks.
- Place on a sheet pan, wide side down.
- Season with oil, salt, and pepper.

Cook the Cabbage
- Broil until the surface is evenly charred.

Plate the Dish
- Spread green goddess dressing on the plate.
- Set the cabbage steak on top.
