A day dedicated to "connecting gastronomy with some of its environmental, technological and social challenges" organized by Basque Culinary Center with Chef Dominique Crenn.
A whole host of big name chefs and experts will be in town to join the debate including, Alice Waters, Andoni Luis Aduriz, Anthony Myint, Eneko Atxa, Enrique Olvera, Joan Roca, Geetika Agrawal and Emiliana Puyana, Jock Zonfrillo, Katina and Kyle Connaughton, Lynda Deakin, Massimo Bottura, Manu Buffara, Matt Barnard, Sam Mogannam, and Yoshihiro Narisawa, all sharing their thoughts on the impact of chefs on the wider world and showcasing different perspectives on how to connect food with environmental, economic, social and technological challenges.
