
Identità NY 2012: Big Chefs In The Big Apple
Fourteen acclaimed chefs will take over Eataly during the 2012 Identità New York, an event celebrating Italian cuisine in the Big Apple from Oct. 12-14th
New York City is gearing up for the biggest food festival to hit Eataly. The Fifth Avenue gourmet Italian shop will be hosting the third annual Identitá New York Festival.
This international chef congress, which has roots in Italy, will be hosted from Oct. 12th to the 14th with the biggest names in Italian cuisine like Mario Batali, Davide Scabin and Massimo Bottura. Other renown chefs include Alain Ducasse, Cesare Casella, George Mendes and Anita Lo.
The event, which is themed ''the beautiful masterpieces of the Italian life,'' will feature the phenomenal cuisine of 14 chefs who will host a series of classes, demos and dinners. Eataly will also host a monthlong celebration of the Identitá NYC fest with a special showcase of Italian products.
