Book a table for what is destined to be an unforgettable one-off gourmet dinner.
Chefs Ángel León and Mauro Colagreco will cook shoulder to shoulder in a one-off dinner event at León's Aponiente restaurant in El Puerto de Santa María, Cádiz (Andalusia, Spain), on 6 June.
The three-Michelin-starred chefs will create a 'Mare Luna' prix-fixe menu for the occasion, showcasing 20 dishes highlighting the connection between cooking and nature.
Both chefs will create dishes especially for the occasion, on themes close to their hearts. Ángel León, the chef of the sea, will champion ingredients from the marine world, such as algae, plankton and shellfish, while Mauro Colagreco will take inspiration from his lunar-inspired menu at his Mirazur restaurant, using ingredients available in the area near Aponiente.
