The Aspen Food & Wine Classic dates have been announced for the 36th edition of this year's food and drink party in the mountains, which will this year take place from 15 to 17 June 2018.
Head to Colorado to experience three days of incredible cooking with the likes of Jacques Pépin, Tim Love, Curtis Stone and Andrew Zimmern and many more chefs all joining in the food fun.
The annual food extravaganza, sponsored by S.Pellegrino, will also feature food seminars, live cooking demos and culinary workshops plus an exciting new event this year: 30th Anniversary Best New Chefs dinner on Saturday night on the Top of Aspen Mountain with participating alumni BNCs, including Hugh Acheson, Rick Bayless, Stephanie Izard, Rocco DiSpirito and more.
Aside from eating amazing food while taking in the splendid view of the mountains, participating foodies can enjoy world-class wine, cocktails and decadent desserts.
This year's highlights include:
80+ cooking, wine and cocktail seminars on topics trending in the culinary world, including: “Lessons from a Grandfather” with Jacques & Claudine Pépin, “#NoFilter: Truly Tasty and Perfectly Plated” with Richard Blais, Mark Oldman on “Wines for Gazillionaires”, “Healthy & Delicious” recipes with Rocco Dispirito, Ludo Lefebvre on “Beurre, Beurre, Beurre!."
Nearly 200 brands in the Grand Tasting Pavilion plus best new chefs tastings.
