Experience new Portuguese cuisine at Il Fumo, Bangkok with the ‘Portugal, the New Dawn’ dinner special pop-up dinner showcasing the new-wave of Portuguese gastronomy.
Chef Vitor Matos of Antiqvvm Restaurant in Porto, Portugal will be cooking an exclusive four hands dinner with resident chef Nelson Amorim, showcasing seasonal produce and modern culinary techniques while paying homage to Portuguese cooking traditions.
For two nights only, the two chefs will present a 6-course dinner featuring the modern interpretation of Portuguese cuisines with dishes like ‘Meia Desfeita’, Hake & Clams 'à Bulhão Pato', and Pudim Abade de Priscos & Citrus.
