Join twin chefs Ivan and Sergey Berezutskiy at their charity dinner in honour of the first birthday of their Twins Garden restaurant in Moscow as they present a special set menu made up of dishes that have become hits over the past year. Rare vintages of Russian and European wines: from 2009 Dom Perignon to the exclusive ‘Take me out tonight’ by Pavel Shvets, created with the participation of the Berezutskiy twins will be served alongside the exclusive menu. All funds received from the sale of the tickets will be transferred to the charity to the Twins Fund.

Josue Lopez Dinners, Sydney, Australia - 11, 12 and 13 December 2018
Brisbane chef Josue Lopez will be curating three evenings of exclusive 7-course dinners with wine pairings on 11, 12 and 13 December at Salt Meats Cheese in Circular Quay. The dinners orchestrated by the executive chef of the Gallery of Modern Art and Queensland Art Gallery will include a dish called ‘Chroma’ showcasing painted crayfish from tropical North Queensland sitting playfully amongst a colourful explosion on the plate and evolution of his signature dessert based on Aboriginal dot painting.

The legendary countdown to Christmas begins on 7 December at the three Michelin starred Meadowood in California. As usual, there's a line-up of some of the most well-known names in cooking, including Ana Ros, Kamilla Seidler and James Lowe amongst many more.

Chef Josue Lopez will be curating two 7-course dinners with wine pairings inside The Bromley Room #2 art gallery in Brisbane using some of Brisbane artist Elizabeth Willing's performance pieces to create a stunning sensorial dining experience against the iconic art gallery backdrop with a menu punctuated by sweet and savoury ice cream.
