2014 Food & Wine Classic Coming Soon To Aspen

Save the date! The Aspen Food & Wine Classic is just around the corner. If you are lucky enough to be visiting Colorado this month be sure to check out the food festival taking place June 20th to 22nd.

The annual food extravaganza, sponsored by S.Pellegrino, will feature food seminars, live cooking demos and culinary workshops by renown chefs like José Andrés, Hugh Acheson, Giada De Laurentiis, Andrew Zimmern and Marcus Samuelsson. Aside from taking in the splendid view of the mountains, participating foodies can enjoy world-class wine, cocktails and decadent desserts.

While many of the events have already sold out, tickets are still available for exciting events like Last Bite, a dessert party hosted by Gail Simmons and featuring desserts by the very talented Johnny Iuzzini. 

There's also the can't-miss Wonderland, a special mountain top dinner featuring cocktails by mixologist Dave Arnold and the cuisine of culinary heavy weights like Grant Achatz, Richard Blais, Alex Stupak and Jonathan Waxman.
