The Patisserie, the corner stone of the French culinary experience is the first to open and will offer modern casual dining and take-away, with breakfast and lunch options and a chocolate room on the second floor. The menu will feature a range of house-made delicacies, including French pastries, breads, house made ice-cream and chocolates, along with barista service and a selection of wines available by the glass or bottle.
The other dining concepts slated to open on the above floors include ONE65 Bistro & Grill with menu feature French ‘comfort food’, O' by Claude Le Tohic, a fine dining concept based on the elements of water, fire and earth - uxurious but not pretentious and Elements, a sophisticated destination bar offering one of the city’s few upper floor drinking experiences.
