At $100 this chocolate flavoured toothpaste from Theodent take brushing your teeth to a whole new level.
It’s produced using a substance called rennou which is found within cacao plants and the company behind the product claim that on top of tasting like chocolate it will actually clean your teeth and help build up enamel.
However, at $100, that breaks down to about $2 a clean (only guess maths used for this equation) so it’s not going to be for everyone.
Rather than just being faux-meat, Mamu is different. It's a mushroom-based meat alternative that's getting its launch in restaurants so that chefs can test its versatility. Flora Tsapovsky investigates.
