“It’s always an honor to be part of a festival like this,” says Lefebvre. “It’s a chance to cook alongside friends and chefs I admire while sharing what I love with the guests. What makes the Los Angeles Wine & Food Festival so unique is its sense of community and the way it celebrates LA in every detail.” Representing his restaurant Petit Trois, Lefebvre will bring a taste of France to Santa Monica with his playful take on jambon beurre—a savory choux filled with ham mousse, Comté, and cornichon.
“What makes the LA Wine & Food Festival so special is that it truly reflects the heart of Los Angeles,” says Williamson. “Its diversity, its creativity, and its love for bringing people together around food and drink. I’m most looking forward to connecting with fellow chefs and guests in such an engaging, energetic environment, and sharing a little piece of what we do at Playa Provisions. I’ll be leaning into fresh, seasonal flavors with a dish that highlights Southern California produce in a fun, unexpected way.”
Chefs from across Southern California will join the lineup, including Brian Redzikowski of Kettner Exchange, who’s driving up from San Diego to serve grilled sourdough topped with Gioia burrata and Thai verde. “I find the food scene in LA to be one of the most eclectic in the country,” he says. “I lived here 15 years ago, and it’s amazing to see the growth this event showcases. I also love reconnecting with all the talented chefs who take part.”
Guests can make the most of the weekend with an all-access pass that includes unlimited tastings and drinks each day. Friday and Saturday’s Grand Tastings will feature walk-around experiences with live entertainment and 30 chefs per day, while Sunday’s programming wraps up with an Italian-themed celebration hosted by Peroni, the festival’s official beer partner. VIP pass holders enjoy early entry—one hour before general admission—plus access to exclusive bites and cocktails throughout the weekend.
