The Michelin Guide to Great Britain and Ireland 2019 was a bumper one this year: no new three stars, but plenty of action elsewhere, with the region gaining three new two-Michelin-star and 21 new one-Michelin-star restaurants.
Notable inclusions are Clare Smyth's Core in London, coming straight in at two stars, the arrival of three new one star restaurants in Cork, Ireland, and Simon Rogan picking up another couple of Michelin stars to add the two he already holds at L'Enclume in Cumbria, at Roganic and Rogan & Co.
