Wild Strawberries With Chantilly Cream

300 g, fresh
- Whip the cream vigorously with the sieved icing sugar.
- When it begins to look soft, add the vanillin and carry on whipping until it reaches the right consistency, then put it in the fridge to rest.
- Wash the strawberries carefully, dry them, place them in bowls and cover with the Chantilly cream.
- Serve, decorating with dainty mint leaves.
