A crisp fennel, apple, and radish salad that brings fresh contrast to richer Hanukkah dishes, adding brightness, crunch, and a clean finish to the table.
“This salad started as a way to balance the heavier holiday dishes,” shares Chef Hasid. The combination of fennel and apple adds crunch and brightness to the plate. “It’s become a staple because everyone always reaches for something fresh between bites of latke and brisket.”
