For the vegan muesli
To prepare an easy vegan muesli start combining the oats, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and ground cinnamon in a large mixing bowl.
Stir well, cover, and chill overnight.
For the strawberry puree
Combine the strawberries, lemon juice, and agave nectar in a food processor or blender.
Blend on high for 1 minute until smooth, scraping down the sides if needed.
Pass the puree through a sieve into a small jug.
Spoon the oats into pots and top with the strawberry puree before serving the vegan muesli.
