strawberries
450 g, sliced
Blackberries
225 g1 Gala, peeled, cored and diced
apple
Honey
2 tbsp
yogurt
250 g
almond milk
600 ml
Ice
crushed
pomegrante
1, halved
pumpkin seeds
4 tbsp

Preparation

For the smoothie

  • Combine three-quarters of the sliced strawberries and half of the blackberries with the blueberries, apple, honey, yogurt, and almond milk in a food processor.
  • Blend on high for 2 minutes until smooth.
  • Add the crushed ice and blend again for 1 minute.

To serve

  • Pour the smoothie into bowls.
  • Top with the remaining blackberries and strawberries.
  • Tap the backs of the pomegranate halves to release their seeds.
  • Sprinkle the pomegranate seeds and pumpkin seeds on top of the smoothie bowls.
  • Serve immediately.
