Originally started as a Kickstarter project, the documentary follows the story behind the famous hot sauce that has gained somewhat of a cult following over the past few years.
Film maker Griffin Hammond taps into the back story of the sauce and visits the town of Si Racha in Thailand where the spicy condiment originated. It's nice to see locals surprised at just how big the sauce has got around the world.
The documentary can be viewed online and for now here's a trailer. If that's not enough here's a Srirach lollipop and some spicy Srirach stilettos.
