Maple Syrup

Mint
leaves, for garnish

Preparation

Add kale, apple, kiwis, milk, and maple syrup to a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Pour smoothie into individual bowls and arrange additional fruit and oats on top.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
