pineapple
75 g, crushed, drained
cream cheese
1 package (85 g), softened
Powdered sugar

Butter
120 g, softened
pineapple
35 g crushed, well-drained
walnuts
38 g chopped

Preparation

  • Combine oil, sugar, eggs, flour, cinnamon, baking soda, vanilla, salt, carrots, walnuts and pineapple in a large bowl.
  • Mix until blended.
  • Pour into greased 33x23 cm pan and bake at 180° C 1 hour.
  • To make the cream cheese frosting, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and butter until fluffy.
  • Add pineapple and walnuts. Mix well.
