
Apple Nut Charoset Recipe
This mixture of fruit, nuts, spices, and wine is perfect for passover.

Lemons

Walnuts
165 gr
Cinnamon
1 teaspoon
Honey

Red wine
75 ml
Preparation
- Peel, core and grate the apples.
- Juice the lemons.
- Roughly chop the walnuts.
- Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Cover and store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
- Refrigerate, if not serving within 2 hours.
