Mauro Colagreco's New Restaurants: Ceto and Riviera
Not one, but two new restaurants. Mauro Colagreco never stops surprising us, and his two new restaurants on the French Riviera are no exception.
Ceto and Riviera were both created in collaboration with the luxury hotel The Maybourne Riviera. With attention to innovation and to seasonality, Ceto uses local ingredients and supports sustainable fishing. Meanwhile, Riviera is Colagreco's interpretation of the traditional recipes of the French Riviera, a journey that features the local spaghetti alla Genovese and tarte Tropézienne.
