What's On at 2016 SOBE Wine & Food Fest, Miami Beach

Dip your toes in the sea and feel the sand beneath your feet whilst enjoying world class wines and cuisine at the sunshine state's ultimate foodie destination, SOBE WFF (South Beach Food and Wine Festival).

Now in its 15th year this is the festival that has it all; sun, sand and a stellar line up of chefs and celebrities over four beachside days of fun, from February 24th to 28th, 2016. 

Attracting over 60,000 guests to over 80 events the international event draws talent and industry leaders from around the world promising world class wine, spirits, food and entertainment, from intimate dinners to late night parties.

This year's star studded chef line-up includes Gastón Acurio, José Andrés, Daniel Boulud, Dario Cecchini, Alain Ducasse, Nobu Matsuhisa, George Mendes and Enrique Olvera to name but a few.

Meatopia - The world’s most famous celebration of all things meat brings together more than 25 of the country’s greatest chefs to cook every part of the animal 'low and slow' over open wood or charcoal fires. Put out those thirst flames with cold beer, bourbon or whiskey.

Goya Foods Grand Tasting Village - tantalise your tastebuds in the tasting village featuring tasting tents and culinary demonstrations as well as a tent devoted exculsively to wine. Watch your favorite Food Network and Cooking Channel chefs, authors and culinary personalities on the Demo stages.

Luxury Chopsticks - An Asian Night Market - Join in on the 15th birthday bash celebrations on the final night of the festival with a late night boogey and Asian inspired bites from a collection of chefs helping in the final festivities.
