Peruvian chef couple Virgilio Martínez and Pia León will have a three-month residency at one-Michelin-starred Art restaurant at the National Gallery Singapore from 5 August to 30 October.
It marks the first time that the dynamic duo, from the iconic Central and Kjolle restaurants respectively, will collaborate on a project outside of Peru. They will present an entirely new dining experience to mark the occasion.
A multi-course tasting menu called Meters Above Sea Level (MASL) will feature new dishes developed specifically for the pop up, in order to present the couple's signature interpretation of Peru's vastly biodiverse landscapes and the ecosystems specific to Singapore.
