This weekend Switzerland will welcome pastry chefs from all over the world for the first-ever Art & Pastry International Festival.
The event will take place on March 2-3 in the scenic lakeside region of Lugano. It will feature 26 master chocolatiers and master pastry chefs including 'Pastry Queen' Sonia Balacchi from Italy, Paco Torreblanca from Spain and Zoe Clark from Australia.
Guests will be able to participate in workshops and learn how to decorate cakes, work with sugar, jellies and chocolate. They can also learn how to make macarons and gluten-free desserts, among many other things.
