Daniel Humm and chef André Chiang will be cooking a four hands dinner together at Restaurant Andre in Singapore on March 6th.
Humm, who runs Eleven Madison Park alongside Will Guidara, will be cooking ‘New York centric cuisine’ which will be served up alongside Chiang’s interesting Octaphilosophy style of cooking.
With just 30 seats available for the dinner the restaurant will be offering tickers through a special online reservation system on February 3rd.
Tickets cost $888 for one person, and the wine pairing or fermentation juice pairings costings a further $288.
Only reservations for tables of two or four are available and anyone wanted to attend can book on the 3rd of February from 2pm onwards using the restaurant’s website.
