The Miami Wine and Food Festival go live

From the 18th-21st April Miami will host its annual Wine and Food Festival. With sommeliers, chefs and top winemakers from all over the world the festival, which has now run for 17-years, will host craft beer tasting sessions, auctions and a number of wine and food tastings. 

The four day event will also feature an interactive dinner with the Top Chef winner, Kevin Sbraga. During the dinner guests at the Fontainebleau on Miami Beach will be guided through cooking their own food with the help of Sbraga and local culinary students assisting the DIY dinners. 

Over 50 restaurants from around Miami will take part in the festival offering visitors the chance to sample a real selection of Miami Beach and beyond. It's this extensive list of venues with so much variety that make the festival really stand out.

Visitors to Miami this week will also be able to sample over 300 rums Miami's Rum Renaissance Festival.
