International Chefs Summit Asia 2019
For the first time ever, the International Chefs Summit Asia will take place in Singapore with industry experts discussing the theme of "Sourcing Locally, Innovating Globally”, plus a series of unique four and six hand dinners open to the general public.
The third edition of International Chefs Summit Asia will bring together top chefs in Asia to share ideas, present dishes and collaborate in Singapore from 9 to11 October.
The trade thought leadership conference, sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna, will focus on the theme of “Sourcing Locally, Innovating Globally” bringing together chefs and industry experts to discuss how local sources and a fresh perspective can inspire new innovations & cuisines.
This year’s event will feature cuisines and flavours of Asia and also see over 150 of the region’s internationally acclaimed chefs, food experts, established restaurateurs, and industry representatives taking part in constructive dialogue.
“As two cosmopolitan cities and gastronomic hubs in Asia with rich food cultures, it was only natural to take ICSA to Singapore this year and allow Taiwan-based chefs to share their philosophies away from home ground and on the international stage. With ICSA providing a platform for mutual exchange of experiences and learnings between chefs.’the organizer said.
Alongside the Chef's forum and a focus on Chinese ingredients and technique, there will also be a number of exclusive and unmissable dining experiences, all open to the public.
