2015 Parabere Forum Celebrates Women in Gastronomy

Females in the food industry will finally get their day in the spotlight at the upcoming 2015 Parabere Forum. The event is an international non-profit platform that celebrates the role of women in the culinary field. 

This year's theme is Inspiration and they'll be plenty of it with an exciting lineup of speakers including renown food writer Ruth Reichl, San Francisco chef Dominique Crenn, Indian food activist Dr. Vandana Shiva, Brazilian chef Roberta Sudbrack, Dr. Hilal Elver from the United Nations and Oxfam representative Immaculada Guixe.

With more than 400 participants - from chefs and sommeliers to producers from 45 countries - the forum will offer plenty of activities to keep guests engaged. Aside from the scheduled speeches, they'll be a slew of workshops, table discussions and seminars.
