The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list for 2016 is now out with Italy and Massimo Bottura’sOsteria Francescana restaurant in Modena picked as the world’s best restaurant. Second position went to The Roca Brothers of El Celler De Can Roca in Spain and third spot was awarded to Daniel Humm and Will Guidara of Eleven Madison Park, New York.
The crowd in New York’s Cipriani Wall Street went wild at the news that Bottura’s restaurant was selected for as world number one and Bottura, looking visibly shaken, explained how his heart was beating faster than it ever had before.
