A Video of Food From Japan

This great video manages to capture a rare snap shot of Japan, its heritage and more importantly the great range of food on offer throughout its many sushi restaurants, markets and noodle bars.

The video is for a new series called the The Perennial Plate and is a beautifully shot and crafted portrayal of food in Japan.

The series will continue, focusing on China, India, Sri Lanka, and Ethiopia as the duo behind the project, Daniel Klein and Mirra Fine, hope to unearth some of the world's food gems for us all to enjoy.
