Named Morimoto Maui the restaurant will stay true to the chef's style of preparing Japanese style food with an emphasis on using local ingredients. It will seat per 100 people across three rooms - with an outdoor terrace restuarant and bar on offer. The restaurant will make up part of the luxury Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort & Spa which includes rooms, spas, pools and water sport facilities. There's no news as of yet for the menu but if Morimoto's other menu fferings are anything to go by them it's sure to be packed wth exciting dishes.
