The inventor of the Cronut was of course New York baker Dominique Ansel. Here’s another of his marvellous creations (a s'more consists of marshmallow and chocolate served between crackers or wafers for texture).

Our snapper is in New York this week ahead of The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2016. Here’s a simple, but delicious–looking dish, with great colour at Momofuku Ko.
