The camera makers Canon have released a new video of Frenchpastry chef Dominique Gros as he prepare a whole range of wonderful French pastries. The video starts as the chef, who works for Le Cordon Bleu, flicks through sketch of some of his creations before the magical music kicks in and we’re treated to the series food porn of French pastry making.
Chouquettes, meringues, fruit tarts and whole cakes wonderfully spring to life as the chef pours icing, chocolate and pipes cream into all sorts of tasty looking treats.
Anyone interested in filming will appreciate the end as it shows exactly what lens the team used to capture each of the shots.
