Christmas is only days away. With that in mind, we thought you might enjoy this infographic full of interesting facts about Christmas turkey in the United Kingdom.
You'll notice 76 percent of the people polled prefer turkey over any other meat. Another interesting tid bit is that while 50 percent of the moms prepare Christmas lunch, the carving is done by the man of the house in 47 percent of the cases.
It's interesting to note the average Christmas lunch is usually served at 2:26 pm. The most popular dishes made from turkey leftovers are sandwiches, salads, soup, stir fry and curries.
