Fine Dining Lovers is teaming up with restaurant industry leaders to launch Better Business - a survey to identify what chefs want to learn in terms of skills and strategies to make stronger, more robust and sustainable businesses.
The answers provided will help us pick the key business topics to produce five video resources for chefs by the end of 2021. It will take you less than five minutes to complete and we will not ask for your email or any other contact info.
The survey, conducted by Fine Dining Lovers, the Culinary Institute of America, James Beard Foundation and Black Food Folks, was administered by Vaughn Tan, a London-based strategy consultant, author, and professor of strategy and entrepreneurship at University College London's School of Management.
