Zagat have been taking a closer look at the year ahead in terms of new restaurants with a recent list on some of the most anticipated New York restaurant openings.
Now they’re back with a look at San Francisco and some of the most exciting eateries getting ready to wow us with their culinary creations in 2015.
There’s 11 restaurants on the list with a nice cross section of what to expect. The Perennial, a place that promises to be an all sustainable restaurant, is the one that jumps out. It will be started by some of the people who also helped start Mision Street Chinese and Mission Street Food.
Another one to look at is Aster which is a part of the Daniel Patterson Group. Chef Patterson is also planning to open a new fast food restaurant with Roy Choi.
