Two exciting and much-tipped Indian chefs will come together in Bangkok this March for a special four hands dinner celebrating the best in neo-Indian cuisine.
Chef Himanshu Saini of Trèsind Studio, Dubai (number four on the MENA's 50 Best Restaurants list and ‘The Art of Hospitality’ award winner) will join chef Deepanker “DK” Khosla (World's 50 Best Restaurants 'Champion of Change' 2021) at Haoma restaurant for a 10-course collaborative meal that will shift perceptions of Indian cuisine.
Trèsind Studio is one of Dubai's most exclusive restaurants, a 20-seat chef's table experience offering innovative takes on traditional Indian dishes, whilst the team at Haoma proudly runs the restaurant as zero-waste, growing much of their own produce, including seafood, at the on-site urban farm.
Seats are available via the channels below. The menu is priced at 4490THB/person with an optional beverage pairing for 3990THB/person, with sittings at 5.30pm and 9pm.
