Designed by sculpture and artist Rob Higgs this is quite possibly the world's most elaborate corkscrew. It's created from over 250 discarded objects found in a scrap yard and turns the regular task of opening a bottle of wine into a true performance.
The contraption will not only uncork the bottle but will even hold a glass in place and fill a glass of wine - an act sure to impress the most worldly guests at a dinner party.
Purposely over the top and complicated, the corkscrew is not just for display at food events and can actually be purchased for the home in a number of different styles.
Rather than just being faux-meat, Mamu is different. It's a mushroom-based meat alternative that's getting its launch in restaurants so that chefs can test its versatility. Flora Tsapovsky investigates.
