Grant Achatz seems to have taken himself on a bit of a food pilgrimage - tweeting about his excitement at trying a dinner by chef Yoshi Takazawa in Japan.
The dinner is part of a new initiative by Lexus called 'Dining Out' in which the car company have created a beautiful open air dining space on the Island of Sado in Japan.
Chef Yoshi Takazawa from the Aronia De Takazawa (31 on Asia's 50 Best Restaurants List 2013) will be cooking for guests using just local ingredients and his unique fusion of French and Japanese cooking techniques.
